The Baked Potato Open this year will be presented by McU Sports and Fit Physique Personal training.
Open division will be playing for cash and trophy, Amateur division will be playing for trophy and prizes.
The player limit is 90 so please pre-register BEFORE the tourney using web site or the mail in form.

Open Pro - $60
All Advanced Amateur - $50
All Intermediate Amateur - $40

Ace Pot:
$2 (not included in entry fee). Will be collected when you check in the day of tourney. All aces will split the pot.
Mail-In Registration Save the $4 online fee by printing and completing the registration form (PDF). Mail or deliver with your check or money order (made out to Jeremiah Glasenapp) to the address on the form, or hand deliver to the TD.
Online Registration A $4 fee is included in the price. To save this fee, use the form (above). Optional ace pot ($2) will be collected at check-in.

Print your receipt and bring with you to check in.
Check the Player List a few days later to confirm your entry.
